AirReps Announces Acquisition of Integrated, and InControl

Today, July 10th, 2023, AirReps, a division of Daikin, is excited to announce the acquisition of “Integrated Systems and Controls” (Integrated), and InControl.

Integrated is nationally recognized in OEM Startup and warranty support services. The company is known for working on some of the most challenging sites, with some of our most complex applications.

InControl primarily represents controls and energy management products, specializing in VFDs and metering. The additional product lines and controls support are complimentary to the current products that AirReps offers.

“Both companies will greatly enhance the capabilities of AirReps and will allow us to provide a more comprehensive array of services for our customers,” shares Michael Hawkins, President of AirReps.

The new combination of these companies will provide a one-stop shop for AirReps clients: more premier products, controls support, start-up, and long-term maintenance options.
