Matt Bayley, our Director of Services, has been with AirReps for 8 years, but brings over 20 years of industry experience to the table. Starting out in the HVAC space changing filters and belts, coil cleaning all summer, and punching chiller tubes in the winter, he quickly moved onto working on rooftop units, controls, chillers and boilers.

Matt continued to showcase his initiative until he became a department head, before moving on to AirReps! Here, Matt was fully submerged in the field of VRV start-ups, service, and warranty. He moved into an Operations Manager position in Spokane, and now he is excited to take on the role of Director of Service.

Matt shares that making the switch to AirReps was the greatest decision he has made in his career. He is grateful for the leadership he’s had along the way that has led him to this role on our leadership team, something he describes as an honor and a privilege. Matt is a great fit for this role because of his excitement and attitude. In this role, he will have the opportunity to build and grow a very necessary part of our business, and Matt is more than ready for the challenge.
