
Kurt joined AirReps fresh out of college, building his HVAC knowledge from the ground up, and offers his customers decades of industry experience backed by integrity and follow-through. Using active listening to understand his customers’ pain points, Kurt is skilled at providing creative, cost-effective solutions. “It’s not all about having the low price,” said Kurt. “Working with your customer above the vendor level to become a trusted advisor is the level of relationship we need to be working towards. It takes a lot of work but is well worth the effort.” Kurt said the most inspiring part of his job is helping his Oregon team members succeed by providing support and encouragement to help them reach their professional goals.
