Justin Sipe has dedicated himself to HVAC since his high school graduation. After decades in the industry, what sets him apart as a leader is his passion for people and for continued learning. Justin has a broad HVAC background, as he has spent time as a distributor, contractor, manufacturer, and energy services contractor, but his strength is controls and energy efficiency. Currently, he holds seven patents for energy efficiency in HVAC, and he played a major role in the development of the CTALYST technology as a brand-new energy efficiency measure.

Justin’s outlook makes him the perfect fit to lead our unique sales team here at AirReps. As the HVAC industry is transforming faster than ever before, Justin believes that our team here at AirReps is in the unique position of leveraging our collective expertise to make a lasting impact.
