Janel Farwell began her career with AirReps in March 2006, starting out in the Parts Department, where she gained valuable knowledge about the HVAC industry and the equipment our team represents. About a year later, she transitioned into an Inside Sales/Project Manager role, where she learned the intricacies of managing projects from start to finish while working closely with our project teams and creating valuable relationships with our customers. In 2018, Janel became the Project Coordinator Manager in Bellevue. Now, in 2026, Janel has been promoted once again to the role of Director of Operations.

Janel shares that for her, AirReps has been a special company and a great place to work. Through the years, she has had mentors and leaders that have helped her grow and succeed. She loves that in her role, each day is different, consistently presenting new challenges and opportunities.

As the Director of Operations, Janel will focus on growing our parts business, creating processes, and helping develop team members.

Outside of work, she can be found spending time with her husband and two sons. Together, they enjoy traveling, hiking, gardening, reading, and cooking.
