Chuck Ross brings 32 years of HVAC industry experience to AirReps, including the past seven years as part of our team. After graduating from university, Chuck began his career as a mechanical systems design engineer, where he developed the technical foundation that would lead to a career focused on HVAC controls and systems design.

Throughout his career, Chuck has built his approach around helping people solve problems and succeed. His extensive experience allows him to be a resource for both customers and team members, whether he’s working through a challenging application, sharing what he’s learned over the years, or simply being available when someone needs help.

For Chuck, success is about more than finding the right technical solution. He takes the most pride in helping the people around him be successful and knowing that his experience can make a difference.
