Air Reps has been in business since 1975. We started with just three employees and now number over 30, many of whom have been with us more than a decade. All the technology in the world can’t solve complex problems unless we have the right people who know how to apply it. Ben has been with Air Reps as a sales engineer since May of 2015 as an engineer and outside sales agent.
He started his education at University of Washington from 97-00 and then finished up with a BS degree in Construction Management at Central Washington University in 2001.
Ben spent the first part of his career managing large scale multi-use and condo construction projects as a General Contractor in and around the greater Seattle area.
In 2009 he changed professions to a Mechanical Sales Engineer for a local rep firm and specialized in design build and military base projects. Ben enjoys his family time with his wife Sharlene, 8 year old daughter Kiley and 1 year old twins Benjamin and Alexis. Other interests include traveling, hunting, fishing, hiking and of course am a die hard Seahawks Fan.


Billy comes to us with with extensive rep firm experience dating back to 1998 when he was located in Cleveland, Ohio. He joined the Air Reps team in 2017 in the role of Account Executive and is passionate about creating partnerships that enhance the experience for building owners.
He has an engineering degree from Cleveland State University. He served as a Search and Rescue Swimmer for 4 years in the U.S. Navy and then eventually transitioned into the U.S. Army where he was commissioned as a communications officer.
Billy moved to the Seattle area in 2014 while working with Daikin as the regional equipment manager for the West Coast.
Billy is married and has two sons. The family loves basketball on all levels, AAU, High School, College or NBA. He is currently a coach with the Issaquah Select Basketball Program. Other hobbies include golf, coding and spending time outdoors.

Bob is a VFD Specialist at Air Reps in the Oregon market. He has worked in the Industrial / HVAC market since 1985 selling motor controls, transformers, enclosures and variable frequency drives; specializing in ABB drives. He was the ABB Territorial Manager from 1986 until his move to Oregon Air Reps in 2001. Since then he has educated the VFD market place by offering continuing education classes through the State of Oregon and teaches at Local 290-Steamfitters and Plumbers Union. Bob received his BS degree from Western Illinois University in Industrial Education and Technology in 1979 and served in the US Army Security Agency for three years.
Bob and his wife Chris, have four children; three grown sons and a daughter. When Bob’s boys were younger, he coached Little League and played an active role as a scouting mentor and volunteered his expertise on numerous Eagle Scout projects. Currently, Bob enjoys woodworking, home renovations, fishing, golfing and watching his daughter perform in gymnastics.. As a family, they enjoy many outdoor activities; hiking, camping and traveling during the summer.

Bob Guerin has over 30 years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry. Bob started off working for a small HVAC contractor doing installation and service work. While working his day time job, he went to night school to get his Mechanical Engineering Tech degree. He has attended multiple industry design and application training schools.
Bob is a member of ASHRAE and has served through all of the chairs in the local Spokane chapter. He has been with Washington Air Reps for over 10 years and is currently managing the Spokane office as well as the company Executive Vice President.

Charles grew up locally on Mercer Island and graduated from The University of Northern Colorado in Greeley with a BS in Sport and Exercise Science. He spent several years working the counter at an automotive shop in Avon, Colorado and learning to ski, before taking a job in Special Education in Twin Falls, Idaho. In the spring of 2018 he moved back to the Seattle area, working at a physical therapy clinic in Redmond as an Exercise Tech. He enjoys camping, fishing, skiing, and driving RC cars and boats.

Charley Rodgers is a mechanical engineer graduate of Eastern Washington University. Charley has had multiple years of experience in specialty sales and engineering. With a background in manufacturing design and as Quality Control Manager/Mechanical Engineering experience with one of the leading design build contractors in the nation. Charley has years of experience working with the Army Corp of Engineers on multiple projects around the United States.
Prior to Charley’s career in engineering he was enlisted in the US Army as a Lab Technician, Eye Specialist and Combat Medic. After serving for over 12 years in the armed forces he completed his degree in Engineering. Hobbies include multiple disciplines of motorcycle riding from single track dirt riding to high speed road racing.
Charley lives in Colbert, WA with his wife Cari and has two kids who also enjoy spending time riding motorcycles, camping and spending the winters skiing.




Christie has over 15 years in the HVAC industry supporting staff, management and customers at Air Reps. She’s has a wide range of experience in bid coordination, customer service, accounting, and human resources. Recently she was promoted and is managing our Bellevue office administration and bidding coordination. Away from the office, Christie enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends and working on home and garden projects.


Chuck graduated with a mechanical Engineering Degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax N.S. Canada. For first 20 years of Chuck’s career he worked for Alerton Dealers in both Canada and the US. He held positions in Operations, Sales and Management. The past 8 years Chuck has worked for Honeywell in Sales and Sales management. His most recent position was Americas Sales Director for Alerton (a Honeywell Brand). In his free time Chuck enjoys playing Hockey (Canadian eh?) and exploring the back roads of Oregon and Washington on his Dual Sport motorcycle.





Dave Greenheck, PE is an Eastside born and raised family man and outdoorsman. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Dave spent a decade on the seas as an officer in the Navy. He loves to spend time with his wife of 27 years and their 3 grown children at their cabin in Leavenworth where he can do all the things he loves best: hiking, swimming, hunting, and dirt biking.

Denise Munson has been with Air Reps since January 2005. She has gained experience in multiple facets, from inside sales support, bid coordinator, and office manager. Currently she is managing the service and parts department with goals of creating an aftermarket based customer service, while still enjoying being a utility player. She and her husband Mike live in Spokane and enjoy traveling in their trailer to different golf destinations, watching sports and spending time with family and friends.


Greg joined the Ownership/Sales Team of Air Reps in 2015 as part of the acquisition of Vemco Inland Northwest, Inc., a competing manufacturer’s rep firm. He earned a BS in Industrial Engineering in 2001 from Milwaukee School of Engineering in Milwaukee, WI. Upon graduating, he accepted a postion as an Applications Engineer and eventually Product Manager with Colmac Coil Manufacturing in Colville, WA. In 2005, he moved to Spokane, WA to take a position with Vemco, Inc. as a Sales Engineer, where he advanced to the position of President of Vemco Inland Northwest, Inc. in 2012.
Away from the office, Greg enjoys the numerous activities in the surrounding mountains of Inland Northwest with his wife and their three young children.


Heath Haley has been with Air Reps as a sales engineer since May of 2005. Heath became a partner in Air Reps, LLC in 2010 and is currently acting in both a sales and management capacity.
After receiving his BSME from the University of Texas in Austin, Heath was hired by the Trane Company. He attended Trane’s graduate training program (GTP) in 1999 and worked as a sales engineer in the San Antonio office before transferring to Boland Trane in Washington, D.C. in 2001. Heath focused on the consulting engineering community as well as the military/government market sector while in D.C. Heath and his wife, Lauren (US Navy JAG), relocated in 2005 to Washington with the US Navy. They live in Seattle with their two children, Amelia 5 and Michael 3.



James has been in the HVAC industry for 13 years, starting as an Engineering intern at Mckinstry while attending the University of Washington where he received BS in Mechanical Engineering. James worked for Mckinstry as both a design and energy engineer, before moving to Portland to work as a consulting engineer at Glumac International. At Glumac James specialized in LEED certified residential high-rise design which utilized ground loops, green roof, radiant heating/cooling and other cutting edge technology. In search of a new challenge, James left the design community for a sales Job as a Carrier commercial sales engineer before coming back to Seattle to work with Air Reps.
James lives on Tiger Mountain with his wife Brianna, sons Aidan and Lochlan, daughter Genevieve and their St Bernards Seamus and Rhona.



Janel Farwell is the Bellevue Project Coordinator Manager. She first started out in the HVAC industry as an Accountant and Customer Service Specialist at Alerton Technologies. She was hired by Air Reps in March 2006, and supports the Account Executives and customers.
Janel graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor of Business and Administration in Accounting. She currently lives in Renton, WA with her husband Darren and two sons. Some of her hobbies include kickboxing, hiking and backpacking, traveling, skiing and spending time with her family.

Jared Haight is a mechanical engineering graduate from Washington State University and is a professionally licensed mechanical engineer. Prior to employment at Air Reps Jared worked 12+ years for a design / build mechanical contractor in the HVAC industry, most recently functioning in the role of Senior Design Engineer. As a design engineer Jared developed expertise in a wide range of HVAC market sectors including K-12, higher education, healthcare, industrial and all things commercial. Jared joined us as a member of the Air Reps team starting in 2018.
Jared lives in Spokane with his wife Becky and two kids, Ellie and Ryan. Outside of work he enjoys watching / participating in sporting activities and completing small building or home improvement projects

Meet Jeff Vest, our new Air Distribution Inside Salesperson in Oregon. With a background in Biology and after a long stretch in the high-tech industry, he began his foray in HVAC at Streimer Sheet Metal in Portland. Having worked with Air Reps personnel, he knew this was the company for him. Jeff is an huge sports fan (Go Cougs!) and an avid hiker an climber who volunteers his time as a climbing route steward with Mt. St. Helen’s Institute. He’s a coffee drinker who prefers to leisurely sip a cup or two while soaking in the fresh air outside.


Josh More works in our warranty department and is a licensed Journeyman electrician and an ABB factory-certified HVAC drives trainer and technician. He specializes in the startup and repair of ABB’s line of HVAC VFDs, as well as having extensive experience with multiple other AC drive models and manufacturers. Previous to coming to work for Air Reps, Josh worked for an electrical contractor where he gained experience in general electrical installations and industrial controls troubleshooting. In addition, he also worked on the design and assembly of multiple UL-508 certified control panels.
Prior to that, he graduated at the top of his class in 2005 from Clover Park Technical College with an Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance. In his free time, Josh enjoys riding his motorcycle (when Washington weather permits), target shooting, and tinkering with hi-fi audio equipment. Josh and his wife Chelsea live in Poulsbo, they welcomed their first child into the family in the Spring of 2012 and are due with their second child Fall of 2014.

Justin has over 15 year in the HVACR industry, previous to Air Reps, he spent 20 yrs in retail. Justin managed a department for 15 of those 20 years and holds a limited energy electrical license, A universal refrigeration license, A city of Spokane mechanic 2 license and he’s a factory trained Stulz field service technician.
Justin has multiple training certificates from Liebert, Cincinnati Sub-zero(environmental chambers). Most of his career in HVACR industry has been in problem solving, energy conservation, and design of unique temp control situations.
Justin is very active in his local church and most of his remaining time is spent helping others.


Kayla was born and raised in the Portland area. She graduated from California Lutheran University in 2016 with a BA in Communications. Before joining the Air Reps team she worked in the wine industry in the Willamette Valley.

Ken Horsfall has over 35 years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry and brings a wealth of knowledge to our organization including the design of custom applied equipment and large central plant optimization and retrofit. Ken graduated with an honors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and is a member of ASHRAE and Tau Beta Pi national engineering honor society. Ken joined Air Reps in 2002 and currently serves as Vice President of Engineering. Ken is married with two daughters and his hobbies include golf, travel, wine and cooking.

Ken Owens has been an HVAC manufacturer rep for over 7 years. Starting in estimating and support Ken has recently been promoted to outside sales. With his experience and customer service skills he has the tools to take a project from design to warranty and beyond. Active member in SMACNA Ken is a great resource to all contractors and engineers. Ken and his wife Pamela live in Kennydale and had their first son Elway Owens the summer of 2012 and welcomed their second son Elijah in 2015.

Ken graduated in Agricultural Engineering from Washington State University in 1981. He started his HVAC career in the California Bay Area working for Carrier selling centrifugal chillers and air handlers.
He moved back to Washington and went to work for Johnson-Barrow where he called on McKinstry selling Pace on a design build basis. He started Porter Air 1990 and sold it in 1994.
Following that up, he worked in distribution for 8 years as a Sales and Regional manager before coming to Washington Air Reps. He then left Washington Air Reps to do his second tour of duty in distribution, which lead him to go to work for Daikin VRV as a Commercial Sales Manager in 5 states where the newly formed Air Reps was one of his customers.
He came back to Air Reps as Sales Manager in February of 2015. Ken is married and has 5 children and 12 grandchildren. He loves spending time with family and friends. Favorite pastime is being on the golf course.


Kraig Guerin has been working in one way or another in the HVAC field for 14 years. Kraig brings an intimate knowledge of inside sales and has spent time both in sales and installation of HVAC equipment. Kraig has also worked on solutions for some of the largest data centers in the Northwest. Kraig’s hobbies include snowboarding, travel, spending time with his family and home theater.
Kraig lives in Colbert, WA with his wife Denyse and has three kids, Ethan, Lillyanna, and Sydney.




Mark has been in the mechanical design and construction industry for seventeen years. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington (1995), he began his career at a local design/build mechanical firm as a design engineer. For the last twelve years, Mark has been focused on technical systems sales and business development. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and active in the Seattle area’s development, engineering, and building communities. He and his wife Shari live in Bellevue with their two daughters, Kaitlin and Anna.

Mark has come to us with over 26 years in the Commercial and Residential HVAC Service industry. He was born and raised in the Puget sound area. Mark has held many different hats with in the HVAC industry Service, maintenance and installations working his way up to becoming a trainer and service manager. He made a career move in 2004 to become a Factory Service Manager for the York/Johnson Controls group for many years.
Mark’s duties with in Airreps is to bring his knowledge and skills along with his humor to help build our Daikin VRV business in any ways he can. Including training, tech support, job site walks and factory Start-up Commissioning of the VRV Systems.
Hobbies are motocross, hunting, travel and working too much!

Matt has been serving the commercial HVAC industry for over 17 years. Matt graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a concentration in HVAC and Petroleum/Fluid Engineering. Matt attended the Trane Company training class 95-II and worked for Carrier Corporation in Los Angeles. Matt has brought a complete system viewpoint and approach during his 11 years at Air Reps. In addition to work, Matt enjoys exotic travel, scuba diving, golf, kayaking, and hiking with his four dogs.


Matt is a Professional Engineer who has been in the mechanical design and construction industry for 18 years. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering he began his career with a local consulting engineering company. Matt then moved to a major design-build mechanical contractor where he worked in both engineering and sales / preconstruction. This background gives him a unique perspective on all the projects he works on. His goal is to apply his product knowledge and strong systems background to assure high quality, cost effective solutions.


Michael has been with Air Reps for 18 years and in the HVAC industry for over 25 years. Michael has degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business from Washington State University and is a licensed Mechanical Engineer. He has worked with both the consulting engineering firms and design build contractors throughout the Pacific Northwest. In 2012 he became the President and CEO.
He enjoys golf, scuba diving, snow skiing and hiking.


Mike has been with Air Reps since 2015, and prior to this worked in HVAC sales for Vemco, Inc. for three years. He has a B.A. in English and Philosophy from Seattle Pacific University and an M.A. in English Literature from Eastern Washington University.
Mike’s specialty in HVAC is variable refrigerant volume (VRV) systems and ductless technology. He has worked with engineers and contractors on successful VRV installations for government, healthcare, and K-12 projects. Mike currently lives in Spokane with his wife Kjersti, son Jonas, and daughter Isabel. He is a sports fanatic (Go Hawks!) and is learning to play guitar.

Mike recently joined Air Reps as a sales engineer, coming to us from his management role with Johnson Controls which covers the past 7 years of his 27 in HVAC.
During these years, Mike as had the opportunity to work with various control systems, unitary equipment, VAV systems, and mini-splits/VRV. His responsibilities also included Contractor Sales, Engineer Calls, and training on various topics specifically related to HVAC in conjunction with regional management roles.>
Academically, Mike’s college and university training has been at Seattle University.
On the personal front, he is married to Jill and they have 3 sons. Much of his free time has been devoted to them and a wide variety of their sports activities. Mike is a Sunday school teacher and has also made four mission trips to the country of Chile.


Rick grew up in Garden City, Michigan and now lives in Spirit Lake, Idaho. Joined the Navy in 1985 and retired in 2005, retiring in Everett WA. Graduated Ashford University in 2016 with a BA in Project Management. Married his wife Jennine and has two children, Ashley and Austin.
Rick recently started enjoying the HAM radio hobby (KI7OIY), he also enjoys wood working, working outdoors and day trips.


Ron joined the Air Reps team in May 2013 as the company Controller. A graduate of Central Washington University with a BS in Accounting, Ron finished school while working for a local bank. He then spent 24 years gaining accounting experience in the construction/manufacturing industry.
He and his wife Janice have been married since 1983, are raising 4 sons and enjoy wine tasting trips and RV-ing. Of course with a house full of boys Ron volunteers as a coach for the youth football & baseball programs. He estimates coaching over 40 teams (and counting). He is also a proud member of the Knights of Columbus.




Scott joined Air Reps in 2014 and is a relative newcomer to the HVAC industry. However, his passion for mechanical equipment began long ago. Growing up in the Atlanta area, he began college at Georgia Tech before escaping to the west coast in 2001. There, he finished his undergraduate at Portland State University, and went on to earn a Masters of Business Administration in 2009, also from PSU. While in school, Scott worked in various management roles in the automobile and outdoor retail industries. Before coming to Air Reps he gained exposure to construction sales while designing new and retrofit bicycle parking layouts for high profile projects such as the Big Pink tower, MAC Club and the Lloyd Blocks.
Scott considers himself a gear-head, and outside the office he can be found riding motorcycles or racing performance sailboats on the Columbia River or in races like Oregon Offshore. He lives in Portland with his wife Anika and their mutt Hobie.




Tami has been in the HVAC industry for the past 7 years with a focus on customer service, sales support and project management. She also has 20+ years of experience in Exports and 8 years in the HR field.
She loves spending time with her family and friends. Has a passion for gardening, reading, camping and horses. Loves her critters and takes in strays. She also enjoys football, baseball and Nascar as she is a big Denny Hamlin fan.
Tami was born and raised in Spokane Wa. She and her husband Wade live in Elk, WA where they enjoy the fresh country air.

Tim has been with Air Reps as a sales engineer since May of 2015. His role at Air Reps is outside sales and engineering.
After receiving his BSIE from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Tim was hired by the Trane Company. He attended Trane’s graduate training program (GTP) in 1999 and worked as a sales engineer in the San Francisco office until moving back to the Seattle area in 2005 where he has continued to be an HVAC sales representative. Tim lives in Bellevue with his wife, Chrissy, and two children Madison (age 8) and Hunter (age 5).
Tim enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, softball and the Seahawks. GO HAWKS!

Tyson is a 1998 graduate of Oregon State University and started his professional career in sales as Assistant Branch Manager at Fastenal Industrial. He joined Oregon Air Reps in 2000 and has been serving contractors and engineers all over the state since then. Tyson joined Air Reps, LLC in 2015 along with the rest of the Oregon Air Reps group and is thrilled for the opportunity to serve Oregon under the Air Reps name. Professionally, he most enjoys finding creative “outside the catalog” solutions for his customers.
Tyson is married to a loving wife, Jaime with whom he shares two beautiful daughters. Together and with friends they engage in many outdoor adventures camping, hiking, hunting, fishing and cheering on the Beavers of OSU.

Whitney has been with Air Reps as an account executive since 2011. She started in the HVAC industry in 2003 after graduating from the University of Washington with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
Before joining Air Reps, Whitney was a Senior Sales Engineer with ATS Automation, a leading controls company providing advanced HVAC building automation systems.
Whitney and her husband live on their horse farm with their 2 boys. She enjoys competing hunter and jumper show horses, golfing, snowboarding, running, and boating.
