Scott joined Air Reps in 2014 and is a relative newcomer to the HVAC industry. However, his passion for mechanical equipment began long ago. Growing up in the Atlanta area, he began college at Georgia Tech before escaping to the west coast in 2001. There, he finished his undergraduate at Portland State University, and went on to earn a Masters of Business Administration in 2009, also from PSU. While in school, Scott worked in various management roles in the automobile and outdoor retail industries. Before coming to Air Reps he gained exposure to construction sales while designing new and retrofit bicycle parking layouts for high profile projects such as the Big Pink tower, MAC Club and the Lloyd Blocks.
Scott considers himself a gear-head, and outside the office he can be found riding motorcycles or racing performance sailboats on the Columbia River or in races like Oregon Offshore. He lives in Portland with his wife Anika and their mutt Hobie.
